Constitution of Bylaws Committee Meeting This is an announcement inviting all members (and family)  of the Fil-Am Society of Fairbanks to attend the General Membership Meeting to be held on Sunday, October 16 at the Pioneer Park, Civic Center from 2:00- 4:00 PM.  As stated in our by our By-Laws at least two General Membership meetings must be held every year, one in April and one in October. One of the topics to be discussed and voted on will be the proposed changes to the current By-Laws as presented by the By-Laws Committee to the Executive Committee's meeting on September 19, 2011.  Copy of the proposed changes to the By-Laws is attached. The President, Treasurer and Secretary will also present their Reports.  This will be a Potluck meeting so please bring your favorite main dish.  Rice and drinks will be provided.
